Welcome to Assam Sanskrit Board
The Assam Sanskrit Board is established for holding and conducting an examination at the end of the Senior Secondary School stage, for prescribing course of studies for such examination and for carrying out such other objects and duties as may be considered necessary for the purpose as stated in the Act, Rules and Regulations of the Board.
Normally every year the Assam Sanskrit Board conducts Annual Secondary School Examination in the month of May & October and Supplementary School Examination in the month of June & November on the basis of course/syllabus as prescribed by the Board.
Free Education for All Needy Students
ASB offers tuition-free schooling up to the secondary and senior secondary stages. The recognition of an immediate requirement to extend educational support to socially and educationally disadvantaged students, along with individuals from culturally, economically, and geographically marginalized segments of Uttarakhand's population, has prompted this initiative.
